Natalie Mouyal

Communications Manager

Natalie brings more than 20 years of communications experience to her role at the Shamba Centre for Food & Climate. She has a wide range of skills in content development, media relations, strategic messaging and project management.  

Prior to joining the Shamba Centre, Natalie worked at the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in Geneva, Switzerland where she was part of a team leading internal and external communications for the IEC community across a variety of digital platforms. She developed key messages and content on topics related to innovation, policy, sustainability and standardization.  

Natalie has also worked as a freelance writer for corporate clients, project manager for an international membership organization in broadcasting as well as an account executive at one of the world’s leading public relations agencies. 

She holds a Master of Arts degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (IHEID) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College where she graduated magna cum laude.
